Fraise Auction & Real Estate has been a local, family owned business in the tri-state area for more than 30 years. We offer both private real estate and auction services. In 2009 we purchased Menke-Hoyer Auction & Realty Co., Inc. of New London, Iowa to dramatically expand our auction services.

Partners Dan Fraise, Corey & Carrie Fraise & Tami Stuekerjuergen run the business with offices in both Fort Madison and New London, Iowa.
